PAYMENT
By Paypal and most other forms of payment. All purchase must be completed at the time of selection.

SHIPPING INFO
Item(s) will ship via USPS, FEDEX, DHL, or UPS when payment has cleared.

We ship all purchased on Monday to Friday within 24 hours.  All purchased made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will the shipped the next business day.  We cannot be held responsible for courier errors and transit times. Tracking info will be made available to you once your purchase is shipped.

FEEDBACK
Please leave positive Feedback if you received your item in the condition described.
If you feel your item is not in the condition described, DO NOT leave negative Feedback. Please contact us for a possible resolution. Negative feedback will void Warranty.

RETURN POLICY
We GUARANTEE that any item you purchase from us will arrive as described! If you feel that we misrepresented the item, we will gladly issue you a full refund less shipping charges. Please note that we will ONLY accept a return if the item did not match the description in the listing or as advertised. If the item is returned for any other reason, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, but shipping costs CAN NOT be refunded – no exceptions. Our return policy does not apply to any item that has a body or screen rating of “1 of 5” or is not fully functional. Further, because most of the items we sell are used, batteries are not covered under our warranty.
